RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to let them know of your intent to return or exchange the item.
  2. Pack the item securely, making sure to include the Invoice and send it back to the address provided by our customer support team.
  3. If you are requesting a refund, it will take 6 to 7 working days to process. If you would like to receive a discount code for the amount of the return, we will provide this to you once we receive and process the returned item.

Please note:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. If the product is found to be used or damaged, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
